 Start by getting your balance baseline with a computerized 30-second test using the easiest base level. This quick test measures your stability, posture, and how well your brain and body are communicating, giving you a snapshot of your current neuromuscular control and balance foundation. 


If there is not a local central testing using a seperate protocol is set up to get a baseline.

 Using your test results, we’ll help you build a personalized at-home balance protocol. Your program is based on the highest base level where you scored 80 or above (with central testing uint) ensuring you’re training at the right level for your current ability. This step is designed to improve posture, enhance coordination, and strengthen the connection between your brain and body.

 After completing your initial training phase, you’ll retest your balance and reaction time to document the connection between stability, coordination, and how quickly your nervous system responds under stress.
