Using your test results, we’ll help you build a personalized at-home balance protocol. Your program is based on the highest base level where you scored 80 or above (with central testing uint) ensuring you’re training at the right level for your current ability. This step is designed to improve posture, enhance coordination, and strengthen the connection between your brain and body.
