In this step, you begin tracking the signals your body is sending , your sleep patterns, nervous system stress levels, and recovery rhythms.
Using tools like the Sleep Avatar assessment and sleep metrics, you uncover what may be keeping your brain in protection mode.

In this step, you retrain your body to shift out of stress mode and into recovery mode.
Using simple techniques like SPARE breathing, scent anchoring, and nervous system regulation, you teach your body how to release the tension of the day.
