About Our Educator Programs

Our Philosophy

  Empowering Educators. Supporting Students.

Teaching educators to recognize heightened nervous-system states in themselves and their students, apply practical regulation techniques, and create a calmer, more focused environment where learning can thrive.

This keeps the emphasis on both educator readiness and student learning, which is what makes your Educator READY™ program different.

Education Keynotes

A Different Perspective on Stress, Recovery & Learning

Inspiring Educators. Empowering Students. Transforming Learning.

International speaker Dr. Peter Martone brings a unique perspective to education, helping educators understand how stress, recovery, and nervous system function directly influence a student's ability to learn, focus, regulate emotions, and perform.

Rather than focusing solely on classroom behavior or traditional stress management, Dr. Martone encourages educators to see their students through a different lens, recognizing that what appears to be a lack of attention, motivation, or engagement may actually be connected to how a student's nervous system is responding to stress.

Through engaging, interactive demonstrations, he makes complex neurological concepts easy to understand and connects them to the everyday challenges educators face in the classroom.

But understanding is only the beginning.

Dr. Martone provides educators with practical, actionable strategies to recognize signs of heightened stress, better understand student behavior, and help students develop the skills to regulate their physiological state, improve recovery, and become more ready to learn.

Educators leave with a fresh perspective on student learning and a set of tools they can begin implementing immediately not only to support student success but also to improve their own resilience and reduce burnout.

The goal is simple: Help educators understand the nervous system, recognize the patterns behind student behavior, and create the conditions where students can learn, recover, and thrive.

Education Onsite Workshops

Train for Stress. Recover for Performance.

Most educator stress and professional development programs focus on helping teachers think differently about stress or manage classroom behavior.

Dr. Martone takes it a step further.

Educator READY™ Workshops are one-day, onsite training experiences where Dr. Martone works directly with educators to help them understand how the nervous system influences stress, attention, behavior, and learning readiness.

The program goes beyond helping educators manage their own stress.

It teaches them to recognize heightened nervous-system states in themselves and their students, understand how these states can affect focus, emotional regulation, and the ability to learn, and apply practical strategies to support a return to a calmer, more focused state.

Using interactive training, real-time heart-rate feedback, controlled breathing, movement, posture, balance, pressure, scent conditioning, and nervous-system exercises, educators learn to identify physiological stress patterns and discover which techniques help support regulation and recovery.

The training also introduces cross-dominance, sensory-motor integration, and postural patterns, helping educators recognize how differences in coordination, body awareness, and physical readiness may influence classroom participation and learning. Educators learn to observe these patterns without treating them as diagnoses or assuming they indicate a learning disability.

These skills are then connected directly to the classroom, helping educators understand how their own physiological state and their students' responses to stress can influence attention, behavior, emotional regulation, information processing, and readiness to learn.

Train the Nervous System. Create the Conditions for Learning.

The goal isn't to eliminate stress or simply teach educators to manage classroom behavior. It's to equip educators with practical tools to recognize and regulate heightened physiological states, first in themselves, and then to support their students.

Educators leave with techniques they can use throughout the school day to regain focus, support students who are struggling to regulate, create a more centered classroom environment, and improve their own recovery after demanding days.

Because before students can be ready to learn, we need to understand the conditions that allow learning to happen.
